Common questions
How often should fire extinguishers be serviced?
Extinguishers should be visually checked regularly and professionally serviced at least once a year, or more often in higher-risk areas. We can set up a contract so this happens automatically.
Which extinguisher do I need?
It depends on what could burn. ABC dry powder covers most general risks, CO₂ suits electrical equipment, and wet chemical is for cooking oils. We'll recommend the right mix after a site survey.
Do you refill extinguishers after use?
Yes. Any extinguisher that has been discharged, even partly, should be refilled and recharged. Contact us and we'll arrange it quickly.
Can you service equipment you didn't install?
Yes. We service existing equipment from other suppliers and will tell you honestly if anything needs replacing.
Is your fire equipment due for servicing?
Tell us what you have on site and we'll come back with a clear quotation.
